We purchase the best tuna of the day, regardless of whether it is wild-caught or farmed.
Wild tuna has firm flesh and stays fresh for a long time.Farmed tuna is fatty and has a strong sweet and savory flavor.
Both have their own very unique characteristics, so if you have a preference, please let us know in advance.
